    독보적 완전 냉각 절삭유 호환 방식의 소구경 초정밀 가공 머신 Nanoform® X ultra grind는 다이아몬드 터닝 및 초정밀 자유곡면 밀링 및 연삭 전용으로 설계되었습니다. 최대 5축 구성이 가능(X, Z, C, B, 및 WFast Tool Servo)하며, 기본 애플리케이션들은 비구면,자유곡면 글래스 렌즈의 직접 연삭과 압축성형 글래스 렌즈의 몰드 인서트 연삭이 이에 해당됩니다.

    Nanoform® Xug는 실리콘과 같은 수용성 절삭유가 필요한 IR 난삭재를 선삭 가공하는 데 매우 유용합니다.

    Nanoform® Xug는 Precitech의 UPx CNC 머신 컨트롤을 표준으로 채택함으로써, 사용자 친화적 인터페이스에 증가 처리량을 위해 특수 설계-고안된 기능들을 제공합니다. 빠르고 사용이 용이하며 최초로 8피코미터 피드백 분해능과 0.01나노미터 프로그래밍 분해능을 자랑하는 업계 최고의 운영 체제를 보유하고 있습니다. 또한 방수 천연 그래나이트 석정반은 탁월한 장기 사용 안정성을 제공합니다.
